I have been writing all my life, but it wasn't until 2014 that I decided to stop editing myself and really allow the world to see the real me. That is where my pen name Demetria Teague was developed. I know it seems like a contradiction to say that I want to world to see the real me and then create a false name to hide behind. I don't see it like that at all, though. I love names. They are one of the most intriguing things in my writer's life and I collect them just for fun.
By adding a name like Demetria Teague to an erotic novel it's just the final spice that it needs to be released in to the world. ;)
Writing is not what I do, it's who I am. You will always find me with a notebook close by and a pen in hand. I live in Florida with my awesomly crazy roomies and their most of the time 'out there' senses of humor, which helps fuel some of my erotic and non erotic fiction. I also have a dog named Squirmy who loves me unconditionally and you can sometimes find me having conversations with him.. not like I ever get an answer back, but he's always there to lend an adorable lick or two to say, "I love you mommy. You're the awesomest writer ever.."
